USA Today

So thrilled to become a USA Today best-selling author with the release of this book!
MADE UP to receive my 25 book pin while I was in Orlando at the fantastic Harlequin party – and just so delighted that Linda Fildew, the senior editor who first read my rambling thoughts was there to hug – along with Kim Young, Jo Grant, and of course my own very glamorous ed, Jen Hutton.

It’s these milestones that mean so much – but actually not as much as the hand-written notes I received from so many of you telling me how much you have enjoyed my latest sheikh duet. Without you, the reader, there would be no Susan Stephens – and I never forget that, and can never thank you enough for allowing me to share my dreams with you.
I had a FANTASTIC week at the RWA 2010 conference in Orlando. There wasn’t a spare second. The moment I arrived I was swept up in a wonderfully intense round of meeting old friends and making new friends and feeling the pulse of this exciting industry – I’ve done nothing but sleep since I returned home. Joke!
I met so many readers who re-energised me for the books I plan to write there’s no time to sleep. We had book signings, lunches, afternoon teas – courtesty of the very lovely and glamorous Jane porter –

I certainly didn’t get to idle around the swimming pool – just as well as it was 106 degrees some days.
I am so glad I went and I’m so glad to be home. I missed everyone hugely
Betty still can’t believe I’m back. She sits on my knee practically every night
But, as always, it’s you, the readers that make my trips away from home so worthwhile ![]()
Back with belated news about the beyond fabulous Presents-style polo really soon!
