Je suis banjaxed from viewing wedding venues and trying to work our comparative prices – Impossible, je pense. But, we have the all important wedding dress. Yay!!!!!

No. No clues. Just like the groom, you have to wait. But I have to say I have never seen my elder daughter looking so beautiful.

She tried on umpteen dresses to a judging panel of Ma, Minimus, and best friend, Lou – Not easy, I think you’ll agree. We had a favourite, but then I asked her to try on one more, just to please me – and we all gasped when she appeared out of the changing room.

So many beautiful dresses, and only one ABSOLUTELY PERFECT dress.

OMG totally stonkingly amazing transformation from beautiful human being into something way beyond that – fairy princess will do for now. When we have a venue and a date I’ll let you make your own mind up!

Meanwhile, I am way behind with work – but what a good cause
So. Tomorrow sees me up with the lark – or, the snow plough, at least – and then it’s back to the exotic land of Ram and Mia – a magic lute and a bad-tempered elephant…

And, did I tell you about the tissue explosion? Okay, so I turned my back for a minute – and got what I deserved – Have to say, I have never appreciated the precision engineering that went into a box of tissues before – they come out in a rush – but have you ever tried to get them back?????
