Hot, rich, royal, and also something tasty to eat

I have just rec’d my hardback copy of Book 5 in the best-selling Niroli series – EXPECTING HIS ROYAL BABY and I have to say, that cover is lush – Thank you to everyone in the art department!

It’s available to order now, if you are keen to build up the series, and the formal release date is January 2010
(have to admit I have completely lost count of where we are re my back-list, but for arguments sake, let’s say this book would be around, 17#)

Niroli was such fun to write – writing within the boundaries of someone else’s imagination gave me one heck of a wall to kick against –

Kick down, maybe, Susan?

Sssh- enough truth already.

Actually, my current H and h have just played ‘Truth or Dare’ which led to all sorts of mayhem on the beach…
Where would we be without our fun and games, ladies?

Oh, and if you can’t be bothered cooking long and hard tonight let me see if I can help –
Take one packet of interesting pasta – something with some mush inside – put your salted water to boil while you peel and chop a small mango – dry griddle some pine nuts until they’re golden – shake, shake, shake the pan -and be careful – it only takes a couple of minutes and those little devils like to scorch while your back is turned – so don’t turn it!
When pasta is cooked (only al dente pleeeeeeease!) add some green pesto sauce to taste- loads of chilli if you like it as much as I do – stir in your mango and pine nuts – add some cooked prawns, if you fancy them – shave on some Parmesan cheese – et voila!

Happy eating, everyone!
