Dirty Weekend
Dirty Weekend - I love this title – and it was book number something or other – anyway, after Bought: One Island, One Bride – so let’s say 16.

I love it to bits – Not only was it the first book I ever wrote for Modern Heat - it is just so me – the townie finding herself out of her depth in the depths of the country, where the quirky inhabitants haven’t seen anything stranger than a black pheasant – until this red-headed weirdo-woman with her high-heeled boots comes to town. (sorry – that should of course read village – the weirdo part is unfortunately about right)
And I was allowed a rough and tough builder – And okay, delicious Galem Brent was a bit of a millionaire – but a girl needs her treats.
It was rushed into production without me even seeing the galleys – but that only added to the excitement – and I love the cover – love love love everything about it -
Then it was transmogrified into The Tycoon’s Virgin when Modern Heat first went into the US as Presents – and I loved it all over again.

And do you notice how clean my H and h are? Though they do upgrade to a bath for Presents…
Brilliant. No cheese-feet , smelly breath or stinky pits in my books – And that I can categorically guarantee applies to all of them
Have a fun one, ladies,
Suexx
