Someone reminded me I promised an extract from each of my books when I reached the 25 landmark. Hmm- I’m around 30 odd now, so I guess it’s about time!

Okay, here’s the first extract from book 1#:
A Spanish Inheritance

What was I thinking when I wrote book number one?

Please please please let this be the one. I’d just had a book rejected after trying with numerous ideas for around four years- and when the ed who was determined to get me started demanded to know if I had anything ‘under the bed’ I told her I did have a book about a girl inheriting an orange farm and Rich Rotten Ruthless Ramon who wouldn’t let her share his water- the pig- male chavinist variety.

He sounds lovely,’ she said, ‘In fact, he sounds perfect-’
