Miss Prim is my October 1st release in the US and UK for Modern/Presents- I have to say I love this heroine- quiet, scarred, self-effacing, but with enough moxie to take on an unrepentant alpha playboy- let battle commence

And fantasy?

Well, I have this theory, you see: I start work- admittedly early, around 5am before the phone calls start- and my fingers pound the keys a la Joan Wilder until around 9am when I take my first break.

Not so. Writing is such a stop start thing. Sometimes- happy times- the writing fairy is sitting on my shoulder, and then it’s Joan Wilder, keep up with this- but usually there’s more stopping and starting involved than the local train

Ah, well- we love it, really. And could my present distraction have anything to do with waiting for those revisions to come tumbling in?

Until they do I’m experimenting with a little off the wall writing of my own. Compulsive writer, me? Go on with you!
