It has taken me a week to catch up, but my latest ms- set in Rome- one of my all time favourite places, landed on my editor’s desk on Monday morning.

An attempt was made to wrest it from me while I was on the course in London, but I was glad I held off- there’s always something I’d like to tighten up- though I see the eds point of view- they have to take a look at it sometime!

Thank you all so very much for putting my sexy French count (Count Maxine and his lucky LUCKY Virgin) cheek by iron jaw in the eharlequin charts with one of my very best friends, the fab author and holder of the most glamorous courses ever in Tuscany, Sharon Kendrick.

Am so hard pressed to get everything done before Christmas celebrations and then our family ski trip to Val d’Isere I’m actually meeting with my trainer at the gym at seven tomorrow morning- Think of me as you pull that sheet over your head!
