And more or less alive after my session in the gym this morning- yes, it’s going well, thank you Paul. I just love this uncoordinated sweaty exercise- that would be me, not you, Paul- you don’t break sweat, you just yawn (inwardly and invisibly) (but I know) (and who can blame you?!!!)
